Politics entered the Campus, This article tells about the condition of Muhammadiyah University of Bengkulu, at the time of the Rector Elections. The election head of university involve many components in University, being the Winner Teams. Furthermore the winner teams will get position if candidates that support wins, they will obtain position of leadership this University. Occasionally, job that give the Winner Team disregard motto "The right man on the right job" that reason are retribution team , consequently activity university will make leaders not they task, this must be considered by the Elected Rector . However consequent this role university future if managers no skill in they level manager? So according to writer, we may choice candidate there are rector, but we also must be consider the winner team rector, that important to directness a University future.
